Katherine and Collin Sealing- Utah County Photography

Last August (2012), I went up to Utah to celebrate and participate in my sisters sealing to her husband Collin in the Mt Timpanogos Temple.  It was a beautiful day. The sun shined bright after their sealing, where everyone greeted them in the courtyard. We didn't get any pictures at the temple cause it was under construction. It had scaffolding all over it. So, eventually when I get back up to Utah we will get some re-do day images of the Temple. I did get one image of the Temple full of the scaffolding as a memory. We then went to Thanksgiving Point and enjoyed a quiet and delicious lunch with close friends and family. During that time is started to pour down rain. The family shots were done outside under the porch covers. It poured buckets for a good hour straight and we were just about to call it quits on getting bridals and groomals done when it cleared up just as fast as it had come. We went to the Thanksgiving Point Gardens were my twin sister ironically got her bridals done about eight years prior. We had a blast! I'm not just saying that. We laughed the whole time. It was a great quick vacation and I'm glad I got to document their day for them.

Jose & Molly - Film Photography - Manhattan Kansas Photography

Sooooo.... I shot some film for Jose and Molly's wedding, which was over a year ago, but that is okay....I need to post more! I have a couple of weddings to upload, family sessions and engagements.. But it's all good! I had a baby and that is my excuse! :) Anyways... I completely forgot about shooting a roll of film for them... like I lost it... hooray for me! Then when I was cleaning my house the other day, (it fell behind my dresser)  I came across a used canister of film. Not knowing what was in it, I went to Walgreen's and had it processed. Low and behold it was Jose and Molly's wedding. Again, I only shot one roll. I love film!! Love love love it. I'm getting more comfortable with it again. I used to shoot it all the time in school. Anyways here are a few of my favorites from the one roll. :)

Jose & Molly - St. Mary's, Kansas - Wedding Photography

Jose and Molly were the IDEAL couple for a wedding. So laid back and so in LOVE! They honestly could not stop smiling cause of how incredible happy they were to be together for the rest of their lives. Molly was a beautiful bride wearing her Mother's wedding dress. How awesome is that?!?! I couldn't have asked for a more perfect day. Everyone was in just high spirits and laughing the whole time, even with the 102 degree weather we dealt with.  I myself had a blast. I walked a way from that wedding with some new and awesome friends.

I had to put this image in. First, it is awesome and Second, the groomsman on the far left has his eyes closed in almost every shot that he was in. Super funny!
